What to do?

These are the steps i have took thus far in correcting my situation, which is still currently a situation. I immediately called the company in china to canceled the order, only to find the order was shipped and i was stuck with fake. I was told if i didnt want the item i could send it back for a refund, but i was responsible for the postage, which literally costs as much as the item itself.
So i called my bank and explained the situation. My bank noted the company uses paypal for its transactions, which was a defining piece of the "scam puzzle" i was putting together, since all the gpu scammets i was able to find searching online are using ebay to do such. Anyhow, my bank prompted that if for whatever reason the company does not refund my money after i returned the item, they would be more than happy to step in to make sure i was refunded.
The catch is, the shipping is out of there jurisdiction. So i called the post office to try and reverse the package. Long story short, they cannot do such a thing and the way to avoid the shipping fee is to write return to sender on the package and NOT open it. Once the package is opened, the buyer is now responsible for the shipping. I also called paypal whom are investing the company and there response was if my refund is not issued either from the seller or my bank they would step in.
I wrote this blog to save someone the hassle i experienced and also in hopes someone with a similair situation might read it and be advised of the gpu scam taking place. Dont be a victim of internet fraud.
